Montgomery is very fortunate to be home to the Arts & Heritage Center of Montgomery.  Every Kolacky Days celebration, the non-profit offers a unique exhibit highlighting Montgomery's proud past and promising future.  The Arts & Heritage Center of Montgomery also displays a nice selection of Kolacky Days memorabilia.  The Center is open on Thursday afternoon, Friday, and Saturday of Kolacky Days weekend.  On Saturday, additional activities at the Center will include entertainment and food options like hot dogs, water, popcorn and kolacky.

Each year, the Center presents a NEW exhibit.  For the 2024 celebration, it will be "Memories - 90 Years of Kolacky Days”.

Memories - 90 Years of Kolacky Days

What a celebration! What started as a community harvest festival with a parade and a few food booths has developed into a widely recognized culutral celebration. The community of Montgomery welcomes visitors to three (3) days of fun activities for all ages to help celebrate the popular and delicious Czech Kolacky. Join us as we share memorabilia of past celebrations with pictures, posters, buttons, Kolacky Queen photos and so much more as we honor our 90th Kolacky Days.
